Xing Yi Quan
Xing Yi Quan, along with Ba Gua Zhang and Tai Ji Quan, is one of the Chinese Internal Martial Arts, or Nei Jia Quan.
After several stays to China especially at Wudang Shan, the “Wudang Martial Arts” style appears beeing a combination of these three Internal arts (Boxes).
Alchemy Energy Arts with its physical and spiritual dimensions proposes to learn and play all of them, together, in the unity of Love.
Wudang as known as the cradle of the Taoism and the Taoism known as Spiritual Philosophy, Xing Yi Quan can also be used as Inner Alchemy Method.
It is with all the clarity of mind, that we know history is written by the winners, so it is good faith to be careful about this one. The art of Xing Yi Quan remained fairly obscure until Li Luoneng learned the art from the Dai family in the 19th century.
To be prudent, I will only share with you what I learned from Master Yao Wu Hu.
If you want to know the origin of the Xing Yi Quan transmitted by Alchemy Energy Arts, I invite you to visit the Lineage page.
As disciple and official member of this lineage, I will introduce you to the family and share my understanding of the Art of Xing Yi Quan.
