QI GONG
Qi Gong allows an awareness of the inner workings of one's body, of our different energetic circulations (Qi) between our organs as well as those of the rest of the body and therefore is considered internal.
Qi Gong consists of smoothly circulating the Qi without any martial intent, it is an art in itself. It brings us to work on consciousness, breath and structure, all in the form of gentle exercises, to find its physical, emotional and mental balance, what we can call Harmony.
In general, the practice of Qi Gong requires a standing posture on soft knees, the pelvic tilted forward, all the joints seeking relaxation, low shoulders and slightly stretched head. Qi Gong might not be easy for people with major difficulties in terms of circulation, osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, but it could be a great help to improve this situation.
Qi Gong is for Alchemy Energy Arts a recommended passage, before or during the practice of Taiji Quan, but also for any other martial practitioner who would like to increase her skills or for anyone wanting to improve his daily life.
