History of Usui Reiki
The founder of Reiki was a Japonese man named Mikao Usui, born in 1865.
He developed a special interest in meditation, he practiced Zen Buddhism for years but also the meditation called in Japan "Shugyo", which is to become "one with the Universe". This is called in Taoism "WUJI".
