The Tai Chi Chuan or Taiji Quan proposed by Alchemy Energy Arts comes from Hubei in China, more precisely from the Wudang Mountains (Wudangshan).

Our Wudang style Tai Chi was transmitted by the Master Charles-Henri BELMONTE  disciple of the 16th generation of WUDANG  XUANWU PAI, he bears the Taoist name You Weiri (游微日).

The Grand Master of the lineage of WUDANG XUANWU PAI is Shiye You Xuan De (游玄德)(disciple of the 14th generation), he enthroned many disciples of the 15th generation, who became great masters, such as Chen Li Sheng (陈理圣), You Lizong,  Zhou Lican, Yuan Li Min, Tian Li Fang ...etc..

Tai Chi is a meditation in motion applied in a martial art, making it an extremely powerful combat art. Moreover, by its soft and supple appearance its effectiveness is concealed, which makes it very effective.

Like Qi Gong, the practice of Tai Chi restores the body in a harmonious natural balance, this allows us to restore and preserve a state of good health.

It helps to obtain physical well being, peaceful and calm emotional state. Allowing clear mind and heightened consciousness. This is achieved with a lot of perseverance and diligence.

Just as an artist learns first of all the fundamentals of design (Shadow and Light...), then paint (tools, colors etc...) all in order to paint what he has inside, the teaching of Wudang Tai Chi by Alchemy Energy Arts will respect and follow a program.

This program is made up of parts for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitionners. Each part includes forms with their basic exercises (Ji Ben Gong), each one of these forms bringing to the practitioner a new look at his practice, of himself and freer expression for his practice of martial art.

The joint practice of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation leads to an alchemical pathway, called the Royal Pathway or the Middle Pathway.

All forms of the Wudang Tai Chi begin with a position of unity (WUJI 無極) where the hands are joined in front of the Dan Tien, this can be associated with the pestle and mortar union of opposites to promote unity.

The idea of the way of the middle takes all its meaning when we admit that we are the middle, the link between heaven and earth.
